Pellucid Rewrites Local Market Analysis With '07 Version of GLMA

Pellucid Corp. announces the release of the 2007 update of their industry-leading local market analysis software, the Golf Local Market Analyzer (GLMA). The latest enhancement to the software, built using the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and web delivery core competencies of partner SRC, contains key advances in data quality and consistency, value-added analyses and new reports. Since its inception in 2003, Pellucid’s GLMA has grown into the tool of choice for intelligent Tier I golf market analysis. This is evidenced in its use today by 3 of the top 5 valuation service providers, 2 of the top 5 golf management companies, members of the Society of Golf Appraisers as well as institutional investors active in or considering golf industry investments. Current clients cite accuracy, intelligent integrated reports and the "always on" simple user interface via web delivery as key benefits. In short, it dramatically increases both the accuracy and efficiency of their initial analysis.
Key enhancements in the 2007 GLMA release include:
Update of consumer and facility data to 2006 vintage
Added reports that quantify Historical Supply Build by facility type and Rounds Potential based on ethnicity concentrations
Added analyses quantifying cumulative Supply/Demand imbalance and annual absorption rate as well as benchmarks for key consumer, supply mix and demand velocity variables
