#1 Brand on Tour Wins on LPGA
Marlborough, MA-November 12, 2007- CHAMP Spikes, the number one brand on tour, announces that the winner of The Mitchell Company LPGA Tournament of Champions wore Champ Scorpion Stinger Spikesâ?¢.
At The Mitchell Company LPGA Tournament of Champions in Alabama, the 21-year-old winner recorded her fourth career victory as she shot an LPGA season-best 62 straight bogey-free holes. The winner finished at 20-under to become the third player on Tour this season to record multiple Tour victories.
The young winner was sporting CHAMP’s pink and white Scorpion Stinger spikes which are best known from CHAMP’s Pink on the Linksâ?¢ program, designed to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research. The second installment of Pink on the Links will coincide with all tour events taking place on Mother’s Day in 2008. After the tournaments, CHAMP will make a donation to support the fight against breast cancer.
