Congratulations to the Old Waverly team and their defense of the Bryan Cup, the Mississippi Team Championship. This is an annual event held at Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point, Mississippi every October. The team consisted of Bobby Maddox, Richard Reed, Michael Gil, Greg Huxman, and Chris Mills. They came from six shots down after day one, and were led by Richard Reed’s 69 on the second day. Four of the five are long time Putting Arc users.
Also, congratulations to the following professional winners over the past few weeks. They all are on the list of known users who have and have used a Putting Arc since it was introduced in 2002.
The list of recent winners include: Stephan Ames (PGA Tour – Disney), Angel Cabrera (Singapore Open), Richard Johnson (Nationwide Tour Championship), Justin Rose (European Tour Championship), Paula Creamer (LPGA Tournament of Champions), Tommy Armour III (Callaway Golf Pebble Beach Invitational), Ian Poulter (Dunlop Phoenix – Japan), and Miguel Angel Jimenez (Hong Cong Open).
These wins bring the number of pro wins in 2007 to 130, with a total of 462 pro wins since 2003.
Known Putting Arc users won $169,935,472 in official prize money on the PGA Tour in 2007.
