LAKE MARY, FL – In recently conducted elections, the International Network Of Golf membership voted two new members onto the ING Advisory Board and retained another for a second term.
Ann Liguori of Ann Liguori Productions and Andy Mears of Player’s Pass were elected to serve three-year terms on the board that advises the managing council of the ING, the Executive Committee. Also, Mitch Laurance of Ace Productions was re-elected for a second term.
The International Network Of Golf is an 18-year-old, media-based non-profit association. ING’s mission is to “enhance and promote communication and education in golf.” Its primary function is to conduct conferences in which media members and business executives come together to communicate, test products, exchange information and develop and nurture relationships.
Liguori is one of the original sports talk show hosts on New York’s WFAN Radio and continues to host a Sunday evening live sport’s call-in show. She also is owner and producer of the award winning Sports Innerview with Ann Liguori syndicated series, featuring exclusive interviews with top names in sports, entertainment, music and business.
Mears is president of Player’s Pass, a national company that markets a discount golf membership program featuring half-price and reduced fee golf at golf courses nationwide. Mears is a PGA member who also serves on the Michigan PGA Growth of the Game Committee. He has served the past few years on the ING Golf Committee.
Laurance is president of Ace Productions. He is a freelance writer and producer, and serves as a billiards commentator on ESPN. He has served as host at the ING Spring Conference the past three years.
John Glozek, Associate Publisher of Golfing magazine and Editor/Publisher of Golfing-Long Island, enters his second full year as President of the ING. Jack Bacot, President of JB Media, is ING Vice President.
Other members of the Executive Committee are John Steinbach of TaylorMade-adidas Golf, George Baker if Razor Golf and Tony Leodora of Golfstyles Philadelphia. Jamison Golf Group is the management company for ING.

The ING will have a major presence at this year’s PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando Jan. 17-19, with ClubING, Room 309. The ING Hospitality Room will host two Q&A presentations with Carolyn Bivens and Dave Pelz, as well as daily Happy Hours, the ING Industry Honors and the ING Media Awards.
The 18th anniversary ING Spring Conference will be May 27-31 at the Sheraton Convention Center Hotel in Atlantic City.
