?Hottest Shafts in Golf? continue hybrids domination from 2007
POWAY, Calif. – Aldila heads into this week’s Buick Invitational with three consecutive hybrid shaft count victories on the PGA Tour, according to the Darrell Survey. That makes them three for three this year picking up where they left off in 2007 as the most popular hybrid shaft on the PGA Tour. The “Hottest Shafts in Golf” also won golf’s Grand Slam in ’07; as the most popular wood and hybrid shaft at every Major Championship on the PGA Tour.
According to the Darrell Survey, Aldila also was the winner of the hybrid shaft count at every Nationwide Tour event in 2007 and almost every PGA Tour event.
This year’s Sony Open winner claimed his seventh career PGA Tour victory using Aldila’s NV hybrid shaft and is atop the FedEx Cup Point standings. At the Sony Open, Aldila had twice the number of hybrid shafts in play as the next manufacturer.
For the third consecutive year, Aldila was the number one brand of graphite shafts for consumers with new drivers, fairway woods and hybrid clubs, according to the Darrel Survey, 2007 U.S. National Survey.
Aldila has the unique ability to define the intangibles of the game of golf. To translate numbers into theory, theory into practice, and practice into perfection. We do the experimenting so you don’t have to. Pushing success to the edge and redefining how power should feel. Are you playing Aldila, or just graphite?
