(January 24, 2008)–Golf Orlando, a golf marketing co-op comprised of the leading courses and hotel properties in Central Florida, sponsored a cocktail reception in the International Network of Golf (ING) hospitality room at the PGA Merchandise Show held last week in Orlando.
Various golf courses donated prizes such as golf shirts, hats, and gift certificates to a giveaway contest. As each guest walked into the reception, he or she was able to grab a golf ball in hopes of grabbing a special prize ball. Over 150 people attended the happy hour event, which included a presentation by renowned golf instructor Dave Pelz.
