#1 Brand on Tour Wins EUPGA for Third Straight Week
Marlborough, MA-February 4th, 2008 – CHAMP Spikes, the number one brand on Tour, seems to be unstoppable when it comes to the European PGA Tour, having won all three events since the start of the 2008 season.
Another week, another victory as the winner of the Dubai Desert Classic relied on CHAMP to capture his thrilling win, choosing the Wafer Lite™ spike, made exclusively for all shoes utilizing the patentedCHAMP Q-LOK System®. The number one ranked player in the world rallied on Sunday with birdies on five of the last seven holes for a final round 65 and a one shot victory. The amazing charge from four strokes back was capped off by an incredible twenty-five foot birdie putt on the final hole.
The CHAMP Q-LOK System is the quickest and most reliable fastening system on the market today. The Q-LOK System, currently utilized by Nike, Hi-Tec and ECCO, is a threadless fastening system that allows all Q-LOK spikes to be attached with a simple quarter turn clockwise and removed with a quarter turn counter-clockwise.
