29 Players Use YES! Putters In The Field
DENVER, February 26, 2007 – YES! Golf was runner-up last weekend at the LPGA Fields Open in Hawaii. Jeong Jang, using YES! Golf’s Valerie putter, rolled in twenty birdies during the 3-day event to finish 15-under-par and one shot back of the winner.
Jang credits the master of the C-Groove technology, Harold Swash, for her improved puttering.
“My putting is getting really good,” said Jang. “Last year I was nervous and scared with putts inside five feet but after my lesson last winter with Harold I am getting better.”
YES! Golf was second in the putter count during the Fields Open with 29 players using a C-Groove putter. Christina Kim finished T-7th and was using the recently introduced GrooveTube™ putter by YES! Golf.
On the Nationwide Tour, YES! Golf had a company-record 22 players using the putter.
“There is a lot of interest among the players on all the tours for our putters,” said Francis Ricci, president and CEO, YES! Golf. “We just introduced six new models at the PGA Show and several of them are already in use on tour. 2008 should be another strong year for YES! Golf on tour.”
Yes! C-Groove putters continue to gain popularity on the professional tours and in the golf shops. YES! putters are currently used by over 200 tour professionals worldwide and recorded 28 wins in 2007. YES! Golf currently has 24 models of C-Groove putters.
Yes! Golf, based in Denver, Colorado, is the proven leader in grooved putter technology. Harold Swash, known as the European putting doctor, introduced the innovative theory of concentric grooves in 1995. Today, C-Groove putters are taking the golf world by storm making Yes! Golf one of the fastest growing putters on the professional tours. For more information on Yes! Golf, call 800.845.4327 or visit www.yesgolf.com.
