January 14, 2008, Cumming, GA—Turf Evolutions and MacCurrach Golf Construction recently completed a driving range installation at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
The project utilized Turf Evolutions’ TruLine Ultra Tee in front of the teaching bays at their practice facility. TruLine Ultra Tee is a dense synthetic turf that courses and driving ranges can use as their hitting surface during inclimate weather, heavy use, or when giving the natural turf a chance to heal and recover. Ultra Tee fibers give way to the club head so the player can “get behind” the ball when using irons.
