CARLSBAD, Calif. (March 5, 2008) – TaylorMade adidas Golf (TMAG) and the Royal Canadian Golf Association (RCGA) are pleased to announce a new three-year agreement in which TMAG will become the official golf equipment and apparel partner of the RCGA. The agreement builds on an existing partnership between TMAG and RCGA that has the equipment and apparel company as both an Equipment Sponsor and the Official Apparel Sponsor of the RCGA National Amateur Team Program.

As part of the new agreement, TaylorMade adidas Golf will be the Exclusive Supplier of volunteer uniforms for both the RBC Canadian Open and CN Canadian Women’s Open. TMAG will also supply golf equipment, golf balls and footwear for Pro-Am gifting at both of Canada’s national Open championships. The agreement will also have TMAG as the Official Headwear Supplier for the RCGA’s amateur championships; the supplier of range balls and preferred supplier of apparel at the RCGA Four Seasons training Facility in Calgary; and the Exclusive Supplier of all RCGA staff and governor uniform apparel.
Featured in its partnership with the RCGA, TaylorMade adidas Golf will receive on-site exposure at both the RBC Canadian Open and CN Canadian Women’s Open, logo exposure in tournament communications, and corporate hospitality programming. The RCGA will also support the relationship through directing new business to TMAG including corporate sales partnerships and on-site merchandise opportunities at the respective men’s and women’s professional championships over the duration of the agreement.
