(HOFFMAN ESTATES, Illinois) – To optimize the physical presence of Poplar Creek Country Club, the Hoffman Estates Park District (“HEPD”) today announces that Billy Casper Golf (“BCG”) has been awarded the contract to provide maintenance services at the property.
BCG’s turnkey turf-management program covers the entire golf course and clubhouse surrounds at Poplar Creek Country Club. The company will soon name a new course superintendent, and the grounds crews will partake in detailed, “best-practices” agronomic training to ensure pristine playing conditions and common areas. In addition, the use of nature-friendly compounds and a schedule of prudent chemical applications will help Poplar Creek Country Club realize excellent turf health at favorable cost to HEPD.
