#1 Brand on Tour Wins Two in Florida
Marlborough, MA-March 17th, 2008- CHAMP Spikes had the luck of the Irish this past weekend with wins on the PGA and Duramed Futures Tours. Many of the world’s top golfers choose the #1 Brand on Tour, including the winner of the Arnold Palmer Invitational in Orlando, Florida.
CHAMP’s Wafer Lite™ spike was once again the spike of choice for the world’s number one ranked golfer as he won the Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by MasterCard. The winner made a dramatic 25-foot birdie putt on the final hole to claim victory, keeping his perfect season intact. The win, which extended his PGA Tour winning streak to five, also tied him with Ben Hogan at 64 career wins. In addition to the winner, 72% of this weekend’s field that wore CHAMP Spikes chose them over the original equipment that came in their shoes.
