Each year this ILT award is presented to an individual who has shown outstanding performance and ranked #1 amongst peer professionals.
Bingham, PGA head golf professional at Valley Hi Country Club (Elk Grove, Calif.) received the top honor at the 2008 ILT Golf Vacations Awards Banquet at The Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, Calif.
