Rife Putters Used By Two World Golf Ranking Top 10 Players

March 27, 2008

Sanford, FL – Rife Putters announced this week that two of the Top 10 Ranked Players In The World (according to World Golf Rankings) are currently using Rife putters on the PGA and European Tours….and more importantly…neither of them is being paid to do so!

The two players placed in the Top 15 this past weekend at the World Golf Championships held at Doral in Miami, Florida.

Rife’s new Cayman putter is in the hands of the player who holds an Official World Golf ranking of 7th and is currently 4th on the FedEx Cup Points List, and Rife’s Barbados putter is being used by the Tour Player who is currently Ranked 9th in the World Golf Rankings.

The 9th Ranked Tour Player has now earned over $3,000,000.00 U.S. Dollars on the PGA Tour and ?3,027,767.00 Euros on the European Tour since putting the Rife Barbados putter into play. In 2007, he won the European Tour’s most coveted tournament, The Volvo Masters and also received the Harry Vardon Trophy for winning the European Tour’s Order of Merit. Amazingly, he accomplished all this while playing in only 12 tournaments, which was a feat in itself.

Week in and week out several players on the PGA, Champions and Nationwide Tours rely on Rife’s RollGrooveTM Technology to earn their paychecks. With over $25 Million in earnings and no endorsed players, its obvious that Rife Putters has found that for the Tour Players, winning is everything.

About Rife Putters

All of Rife’s Putters, including the new Two Bar Hybrid, are high-end CNC milled putters that offer the same patented RollGrooveTM Technology and patent pending Lie-Aline System.

Rife Putters, LLC is the true innovator behind horizontal grooved face putter technology with a patent on specifically sized grooves since 1997. These precisely spaced grooves allow the putter to gently press into the cover of the ball and grip and lift it into an instant forward roll. Guerin Rife states, "just as grooves in irons help control spin so do grooves in a putter face." Other companies are now trying to imitate this patented technology but the spacing of the grooves is the true key to the gripping and lifting effect of grooved face putter technology. Horizontal RollGrooveTM faced putters create the truest "no skid" roll in golf no matter where you hit the ball on the putter face.
