Empire Golf Management selects VCT’s LoyaltyBuilder™ for Club eCommunications

Boston, MA – April 11, 2008 – VCT Corporation, the leading provider of relationship marketing and sales solutions to the private club, golf and amenity community industries, announced today that it will be providing its LoyaltyBuilder™ e-publishing managed service to Empire Golf Management (EGM), one of the leading golf management companies in the northeast, and creator of the prestigious Club Max membership program. This agreement is an expansion of the services VCT is currently providing to EGM, which has been using VCT’s ClubReach™ and MemberReach™ solutions to manage membership and event sales since spring, 2007. The expanded service will create a fully integrated platform for member and prospect e-communications and sales tracking.

“The 2008 marketing and communications plan for the portfolio of Club Max private golf clubs is a priority from both an internal and external communication standpoint,” said Karen Hosbach, Director of Corporate Sales at Empire Golf. “With the MemberReach program already established, we have decided to integrate the LoyaltyBuilder service to ensure our current members receive the most up-to-date club news and information in real-time.”

The new monthly communications include creation of a content-rich and club-branded e-magazine for each private golf club in the Club Max portfolio. The unique Club Max membership model, which will also have its own unique LoyaltyBuilder™ e-magazine as part of this new initiative, centers on joining one club, and receiving membership privileges at 6 premier private golf clubs in the Tri-State area.

“LoyaltyBuilder will serve as the club’s relationship marketing channel, directed at existing members and designed to help develop stronger relationships and reinforce the club lifestyle,” said VCT’s Dan Sharry. “In today’s economy, the most well run companies understand the value of keeping that share-of-mind.”

Empire Golf Management also intends to use the new e-newsletter program as a marketing tool for new membership and event sales across its facilities, providing front-line staff with an easy-to-manage, visual and informative resource to send to prospects.
