OAK BROOK TERRACE, IL (April 24, 2008) – Excel Golf Products, Inc. announced today that PGA Tour Players Kenny Perry, Dean Wilson, and Ryan Palmer will all be playing in the EDS Byron Nelson Classic this week in Texas.

“Our Excel Golf Staff Players are such talented golfers and well-respected both on the course and off, as they continue to give back to the communities that helped them get their start” says John Iacono, Founder & CEO of Excel Golf.

Kenny Perry, who has been playing professionally since 1982, has had 9 PGA Tour victories. In 2005, Perry built Country Creek (www.kpcountrycreek.com) in his hometown ofFranklin, KY – a golf course that is designed for the average golfer. Perry also continues to donate a percentage of his earnings to his wife’s alma matter, David Lipscomb University, and his own Western Kentucky University. One of the longest players on Tour, Perry is in the top 5% for driving distance, averaging 293 yards. He has already made 9 out of 10 cuts this season and is ranked 11th in PGA Tour career money leaders.

Born in Kaneohe, Hawaii, Dean Wilson turned pro in 1992 after graduating fromBrigham Young University. His 9 worldwide wins include a victory at the 2006 International. Wilson has been involved with the Oahu Junior Golf Association (www.ojga.org) for several years and is a huge supporter of the program in both time and resources. He loves to introduce juniors to the game of golf and recently donated his entire winnings from the 2007 Hawaii State Open to the OJGA.

After graduating from Texas A&M University, Ryan Palmer turned pro in 2000. His 2 professional victories include the 2003 Clearwater Classic and the 2004 FUNAI Classic. In 2006, Palmer made 20 cuts in 30 tournaments and collected more than $1 million in season earnings. Palmer created The Ryan Palmer Foundation (www.ryanpalmerfoundation.org) in 2004, a Texas non-profit corporation which gives scholarships, hosts youth golf clinics and special community golf & education programs, and donates to local youth organizations in need. On the course, Perry, Wilson and Palmer all play the Zero Friction Performance Golf Tee and the Tocaré Performance Golf Grip. Both lines are manufactured by Excel Golf Products, Inc.

Zero Friction is engineered with a unique patented three-pronged cup. This simple yet effective design provides less resistance between the golf ball and the tee resulting in longer, straighter drives.

The Tocaré grip features Vibration Diffusion Pattern (VDP) Technology. Composed of a unique internal diamond pattern, the grips diffuse vibration, providing for a more fluid swing. The multi-material composition provides optimum tackiness and feel, while the multi-durometer design reduces grip pressure to allow golfers to swing more freely.
