PrideSports Captures Weekend Leaderboard On The Combined PGA, Champions & Nationwide Tours

15 Of The Top 25 Finishers At Wachovia Championship Utilized PrideSports Products; Winner And 24 Of The Top 25 Finishers At The South Georgia Classic Utilized PrideSports Products

Brentwood, Tennessee, May 6, 2008 … PrideSports, maker of Softspikes cleats, the #1 cleat brand on TOUR, captured the weekend leaderboard in men’s professional golf, as PrideSports products, including the Pulsar™ and Black Widow™ cleat models, as well as the revolutionary Fast-Twist™ Insert System, dominated player usage on the PGA, Champions and Nationwide Tours, respectively.

Highlighting the Company’s domination in the plastic cleat usage count, 15 of the top 25 finisher’s at the PGA TOUR’s Wachovia Championship utilized PrideSports products. The success was complemented by the Company’s complete domination at the Nationwide Tour’s South Georgia Classic, where the winner, wearing Black Widow™ cleats, and an impressive 24 of the top 25 finishers utilized PrideSports products. Rounding out another great weekend in men’s professional golf, 16 of the top 25 finishers at the Champions Tour’s FedEx Kinko’s Classic also utilized PrideSports products.

Additionally, according to the Independent Darrell survey, nearly 55% of the field at the Wachovia Championship that chose to wear plastic cleats wore Softspikes brand cleats.
