(VIENNA, VA) – Billy Casper Golf (“BCG”) and Golf Invite have established a national corporate partnership for Golf Invite to provide tournament and hole-in-one services to BCG owned and operated golf courses.
Under the terms of the Agreement, Golf Invite is the preferred supplier of web-based tournament programs for organizers of corporate, charity and league events at BCG courses. Components of the unique program include easy creation of professional event websites, customized e-mail invitations, online registration without phone calls and opportunities for sales of website advertising and other sponsorships.
Key to the program is the insured, hole-in-one packages BCG courses extend to outing and tournament organizers. Prizes include, but are not limited to, golf trips to Las Vegas and Dorado Beach Resort in Puerto Rico, as well as Harley Sportsters, BMW 3-Series cars and other unique, brand-name incentives.
Golf Invite also offers BCG courses and their tournaments high-quality, customized signs and banners, large presentation checks and award plaques.
“Partnering with Billy Casper Golf presents Golf Invite a terrific opportunity to expand our business,” says Todd Trader, Managing Partner of Golf Invite. “Like Billy Casper Golf, we provide clients top-of-the-line customer service and products to facilitate their delivery of successful tournaments.”
“Billy Casper Golf is a very large provider of specialty golf events and corporate outings. We are constantly looking for ways to enhance this segment of our business,” says Robert Morris, Vice Chairman of BCG. “Golf Invite has been receptive and responsive to helping grow our business. This is a decisive leg-up for Billy Casper Golf courses to attract and retain outings, and yet another revenue-generating reason why course owners and developers turn to our management firm for bottom-line results.”
Over its 95-course portfolio, BCG is the golf industry’s leading producer of tournaments and special events. The company employs dedicated outing specialists at its courses to ensure corporate and charity functions run smoothly.
Golf Invite made substantial donations and contributions to the Hill-Morris Foundation as part of the partnership. The foundation was established by company co-founders Morris and Peter Hill as a means of improving the health and well-being of BCG employees and their families.
BCG’s program with Golf Invite is part of a burgeoning corporate initiative that aligns the company with brand-name vendors to optimally serve its courses.
