Uses Fujikura Rombax Shaft In Driver
(Vista, CA – May 21, 2008) The winner of the of the Nationwide BMW Charity Classic was the first player to win a professional Tour tournament playing interchangeable shafts, using Fujikura Rombax 6Z08 in his driver.
The Nationwide winner capped off a nearly wire-to-wire run with a final-round 68 for a three-stroke margin and his first career title. His 2008 driving distance average is 291.6, beating the Nationwide Tour average of 288.8. With his weekend win, he has moved to fourth from 44th on the Nationwide money leaders list.
