This program integrates easily with Burning Tree’s existing applications. Burning Tree Golf Course, located in a quiet park-like setting along the Kansas River, features beautifully manicured fairways and greens for the experienced golfer as well as the duffer.
The Loyalty Rewards Program allows Crescent clients to seamlessly track reward programs of their choosing – such as merchandise, lessons, rounds of golf, and carts, etc. The Program employs a simple reward selection process and is used to set up, monitor and report on reward programs designed to incent players to use the club frequently.
The POS records the Club’s message about the upcoming reward on each receipt to further market the Club’s desire for frequent players. Crescent offers an accompanying “e-mail blaster” that utilizes the Loyalty Rewards database for more custom marketing messages the Club chooses to send.
