CELEBRATION, FL (June 23, 2008) – Mystic Dunes Golf Club has announced plans to participate in “Take Your Daughter to the Course Week” being held July 7 – 13, 2008.
“We commend NGCOA and PGA for promoting an event geared to young girls,” said Rick Smith, Mystic Dunes Director of Golf. “Golf is a family sport and we encourage parents to get their daughters involved at an early age.”
Mystic Dunes Golf Club will offer daughters free golf when accompanied by a paying adult during the week. In addition, a one-hour clinic for girls will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2008 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. A registration fee of $10 is required for the clinic.

Take Your Daughter to the Course Week, now in its ninth year, was developed by the National Golf Course Owners Association and is part of Play Golf America, an industry-wide effort to grow the game.
