LAKE MARY, FL – The Mike Bender Golf Academy and the Timacuan Golf Club will host the second annual Pro-Am Benefit Tournament, with proceeds going to Boy’s Town Central Region Demetree Campus.
The golf tournament is set for Friday, July 25 at 8 a.m. at Timacuan, and is open to anyone. Cost per player is $100 and includes breakfast, lunch, range balls, golf cart and green fees, and a replay voucher. This will be a Pro-Am event, with each team consisting of one professional golfer with four amateur players. Format will be a scramble for amateurs, with professionals playing their own ball (team may use professional’s score). There will be various contests and prizes. Teams may bring their own professional, or one will be provided if necessary.
