On the LPGA Tour, 27 players used a YES! putter at the U.S. Women’s Open including the sixth place finisher. “Our commitment to the tour and its players has led to our success,” said Glen Kirk, YES! golf tour representative. “We are out on both tours each week working with the players, fitting them, showing them their stroke on the camera, making adjustments as needed. By providing this type of service to the players, they become very confident when they pull the putter out of the bag during the tournament.”
At the European Tour’s Open de France Alstom, YES! Golf was third in the putter count with 24, including one player finishing in the top-ten.
The Sandy putter used by Hurst is a new face-balanced mallet made of 304 stainless steel with a head weight of 355 grams and a double-bend shaft. It features a high MOI with most of the mass distributed behind the face for stability at impact. The ball width single sight line is found in the cavity for ease in alignment. The putter has a suggested retail of $190.
