They are double forged and handcrafted entirely in Japan to assure the finest quality. These innovative wedges feature a dual relieved sole at both the heel and toe allowing the player to open or close the clubface without altering the bounce.

The golfer can be assured of consistent hits due to the double forging process where carbon steel is heated to 1200° C then struck with a four ton hammer, cooled, then reheated to 800° C and struck again. The metal goes through a major transition altering the molecular structure which eliminates all voids in the metal resulting in an amazingly consistent feel. Each forged head is then handcrafted by expert artisans who polish and grind each piece to exacting specifications. This process ensures that each TRS wedge offers exceptional performance and the ability to be properly adjusted by a professional fitter.
