More Than 80% Of The John Deere Classic Field Chose PrideSports Products, With 61 Players Choosing The Softspikes® Pulsar? Cleat; Winners Of The Nationwide Tour’s Player’s Cup & LPGA Corning Classic Also Wore PrideSports
Brentwood, Tennessee, July 14, 2008 … PrideSports, maker of Softspikes® cleats, the #1 cleat brand on TOUR, and the patented Fast-Twist™ – the #1 insert system on the PGA TOUR, dominated the field at the PGA TOUR’s John Deere Classic this past weekend, as nearly 80% of the players wearing either plastic cleats or metal spikes chose PrideSports products, including 61 players who chose Softspikes® Pulsar™ Cleat, the #1 Cleat on TOUR. In addition, the respective winners at the LPGA’s Corning Classic and the Nationwide Tour’s Player’s Cup also wore PrideSports products.
As part of its overall field dominance at the John Deere Classic, 22 of the top 34 finishers utilized PrideSports products, including Softspikes’ Pulsar™ and Black Widow™ models. Moreover, in addition to a Pulsar win at the Nationwide Tour’s Player’s Cup, 25 of the top 27 finishers utilized PrideSports products.
