Three Top-10s On the LPGA Tour
DENVER, July 21, 2008 – YES! Golf continues to roll on the worldwide tours. YES! had three players in the top 10 at the LPGA State Farm Classic in Springfield, Ill., and two players in the top 10 at the 137th British Open in Lancashire, England.
At the British Open, YES! Golf had two players finish T-7th using the YES! Callie putter. The Callie putter is a toe-down cavity back blade made of 304 stainless steel and a head weight of 355 grams. The shaft is a straight shaft with an offset plumber connection hosel. A single sight alignment line is found on the cavity for ease in alignment. The putter has a suggested retail of $190.
At the LPGA State Farm Classic, YES! Golf had 26 players using the putter, including the fourth-place finisher along with Kristy McPherson, who finished T-7th, and Christina Kim, who finished T-9th. McPherson, who has recorded her third top-10 in three weeks, uses the Victoria II putter. Fan favorite Kim is having a banner year on tour with seven top-10s and earning nearly $500,000. She uses the new GrooveTube putter. The GrooveTube putter incorporates 3D visual alignment technology to guarantee perfect address and setup over every putt. By looking through the alignment window and using the centering line at the bottom of the tube, the golfer will see one seamless three-dimensional alignment line that indicates the sightline is correctly positioned over the putter. The GrooveTube suggested retail is $300.
YES! C-Groove putters continue to gain popularity on the professional tours and in the golf shops. YES! putters are currently used by more than 200 tour professionals worldwide and recorded 28 wins in 2007. YES! Golf currently has 24 models of C-Groove putters.
YES! Golf, based in Denver, Colorado, is the proven leader in grooved putter technology. Harold Swash, known as the European putting doctor, introduced the innovative theory of concentric grooves in 1995. Today, C-Groove putters are taking the golf world by storm making YES!
