DENVER, July 28, 2008 – YES! Golf recorded its second win of the year on the European PGA Tour.
The Donna putter was used by the winner of the Inteco Russian Open Golf Championship. His solid putting down the stretch on Sunday earned him a two-shot victory.
The Donna putter is a hybrid putter composed of two different materials. The face is made of aviation-grade aluminum and the body is made of 304 stainless steel with a head weight of 350 grams. The combination of a light face and heavy back generates a high MOI. The design of the putter is a combination of a mallet and cavity-back blade design. The heel toe balance makes it a very forgiving putter. The full offset shaft features a double bend and the cavity of the putter head has a single alignment line. The putter is available in right and left hand for a suggested retail of $300.
On the LPGA Tour, YES! Golf recorded two top-10 finishes at the Evian Masters and on the Duramed Futures Tour, YES! recorded 4 top-10s. On the Nationwide Tour, YES! finished T-3rd and at the Senior British Open YES! recorded a T-8th.
YES! C-Groove putters continue to gain popularity on the professional tours and in the golf shops. YES! putters are currently used by more than 200 tour professionals worldwide and recorded 28 wins in 2007. YES! Golf currently has 24 models of C-Groove putters.
