Geoff Mangum, putting theorist and coach of the PuttingZone, along with certified PuttingZone Coach Bruce Howard and Glen Abbey Academy instructor Steve Chapman, will jointly present a series of four clinics for CPGA teachers and elite players in the Greater Toronto Area between Monday, August 11 and Wednesday, August 13, 2008. Mangum will also conduct private lessons and PuttingZone Coaches Certification training Saturday and Sunday, 9-10 August.

Bruce Howard is a veteran golf instructor from Sydney Australia who is Certified as a PuttingZone Instructor. Bruce divides his time teaching in Australia, Canada, and the US. His top students include Nikki Garrett, two-time winner back-to-back on the Ladies European Tour, and Amy Wang, the youngest winner of the Australian Ladies Masters at age 15 and the money leader in her first full year on the Ladies European Tour at age 18, with numerous top-10 finishes and victory at the German Ladies Masters. Steve Chapman is a reknowned golf instructor in the CPGA currently teaching at Rattlesnake Point with the Glen Abbey Golf Academy. Steve began his professional career in 1982. After playing on the Australian, Asian and Canadian Tour for 11 years, he began teaching in the Toronto area. His tour highlights include 25 top 10 finishes along with 5 Canadian Open appearances and 1 major appearance at the 1988 U.S Open. His career low score is 58, a Canadian Tour record he shares with the late Moe Norman. Steve is a Class A member of the Canadian P.G.A. and a certified Advanced Swing Link Fitness Instructor. He has served as a Senior Instructor for the Lionhead Golf Academy, Royal Golf Academy, ClubLink/Score/Cantel Golf Schools and Head Coach of the Tulsa University Men’s Golf Team. Steve has coached recent Nationwide tour winner Jim Rutledge and Peter Laws. Peter is the 2003 Ontario Amateur Champion and the 2003 Coupe d’Amerique Champion.
