DENVER, August 4, 2008 – YES! Golf recorded two top-10 finishes at the PGA Tour’s World Golf Championships Bridgestone Invitational and a top-10 at the Women’s British Open and the Nationwide’s Cox Classic.
On the PGA Tour, YES! Golf’s C-Groove Tracy putter finished T-4th and the Callie finished T-6th on the difficult Firestone County Club in Akron, Ohio.
On the LPGA Tour, YES! Golf had 28 putters in play, including the ninth-place finisher, at the Women’s British Open at Sunnydale Golf Club in England.
On the Nationwide Tour, the third-place finisher used a Donna putter to fire a 16-under par for four days.
The Donna putter is a hybrid putter composed of two different materials. The face is made of aviation-grade aluminum and the body is made of 304 stainless steel with a head weight of 350 grams. The combination of a light face and heavy back generates a high MOI. The design of the putter is a combination of a mallet and cavity-back blade design. The heel toe balance makes it a very forgiving putter. The full offset shaft features a double bend and the cavity of the putter head has a single alignment line. The putter is available in right and left hand for a suggested retail of $300.
YES! C-Groove putters continue to gain popularity on the professional tours and in the golf shops. YES! putters are currently used by more than 200 tour professionals worldwide and recorded 28 wins in 2007. YES! Golf currently has 24 models of C-Groove putters.
YES! Golf, based in Denver, Colorado, is the proven leader in grooved putter technology. Harold Swash, known as the European putting doctor, introduced the innovative theory of concentric grooves in 1995. Today, C-Groove putters are taking the golf world by storm making YES! Golf one of the fastest growing putters on the professional tours. For more information on YES! Golf, call 800.845.4327 or visit www.yesgolf.com.
