CLEVELAND … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today announced that, according to the authoritative Darrell Survey, the majority of professionals who played in the Nationwide Tour Xerox Classic depended on Golf Pride® grips.

Golf Pride grips were used by 90 percent of the 156 players in the field at the Xerox Classic, held at Irondequoit Country Club in Rochester, NY. The survey also revealed that 92 players chose to play the popular Golf Pride Tour Velvet® model and 13 players chose the colorful New Decade™ MultiCompound hybrid grip to play their best.

“We are pleased to see that Golf Pride is the number one grip for golfers on the Nationwide Tour, as well as on the PGA TOUR and other professional tours globally,” said Jeff Fiorini, general manager for Eaton’s Golf Grip Division. “Whether you play golf professionally or for recreation, choosing the right grip for your game is critical to playing your best.”
