Finishes Second and Fifth On The LPGA Tour
DENVER, August 25, 2008 – YES! Golf was in the winner’s circle again this week with the champion of the European Tour’s KLM Open using a Callie putter. YES! had 23 putters in play at Kennemer G&CC in the Netherlands. This is YES! Golf’s third win on the European Tour this year.
YES! Golf also finished second and fifth last weekend at the LPGA Safeway Classic in Portland, Ore. The second place finisher used the C-Groove Tracy putter and the fifth place finisher used the Victoria II putter. YES! was second in the putter count last week with 25 putters in play.
On the Duramed Futures Tour, YES! had four players in the top-10 and 61 players using the putter.
On the PGA Tour, a multiple winner on tour made the switch to the Callie putter last week and finished T-12 at the Barclays Classic.
The Callie putter is a toe-down, cavity back blade that is made of 304 soft stainless steel and has a head weight of 355 grams. The C-Groove putter has a straight steel shaft with an offset plumber connection hosel and has a single sight line for ease in alignment. The suggested retail for the Callie is $190.
