TORONTO, ON- Quagmire Golf’s stylish and tony sportswear continues its surge in popularity at the PGA Fall Expo held August 26 – 27, in Las Vegas, Nevada, and dubs the show a sales success.
The company’s energetic co-owners, Geoff Tait and Bobby Pasternak, were pleased with customer’s reaction to the brand they have been building in Canada for three years. They introduced Quagmire Golf to the U.S. at last January’s PGA Merchandise Show, and have kept busy since with a year-long schedule of regional exhibiting in addition to the Canadian trade show circuit.
“We met a lot of really great people and opened a good number of new accounts from all over the western United States,” said Tait. “The feedback on the collection was super positive, and gave us some good insight going in to production with the spring line.”
Some favorites at expo include a variety of plaid shorts for men and women, and the new Quagmire Golf Gud ‘N dri tops and zip up sweaters, both with a MSRP range of $69-$79. New assortments of dresses and skorts for ladies prove to be a must-have look for next year. Style-group names like ‘Dead Right,’ ‘Wormburner,’ and ‘Hazard,’ are in keeping with the company’s mission of looking good while having fun.
“Our Spring ’09 collection is consistent with our goal to design looks for the young at heart golfers who above all have a love for the game and want to reflect this in their image,” said Pasternak, Quagmire Golf’s other co-owner. “All of the pieces fit the 18-hole dress code and work right into the 19th hole lifestyle.”
Crafted from the environmentally-friendly Gud ‘N dri fabric, the performance traits of the pieces are breathable, durable, fast-drying, soft, static free, wrinkle-proof, pilling-resistance and anti-microbial providing ultimate comfort both on and off the course.
