NEW BEDFORD, Mass., September 26, 2008 – AHEAD announced today that it has donated $4,950 to the Folds of Honor Foundation after selling 1,980 limited edition Patriot Golf Day caps in which $2.50 per cap went directly to the foundation.
“We are very pleased with the results of this program for our first year” said Ken Shwartz, CEO, AHEAD. “We anticipate the program getting bigger every year as more of our customers participate. It is a great cause and we hope we are able to help make a little difference in the lives of our military’s families.”
AHEAD offered two limited edition caps for Patriot Golf Day, a classic fit style and an extreme cap style. Both caps sported the F-16 “Viper” fighter jet Patriot Golf Day Logo on the front and the Folds of Honor Foundation words on the side.
