Las Vegas Golf Courses Make ‘Best of’ Golf Digest/Golfworld Readers Lists
Some of the best Las Vegas golf courses have been recognized on “Best of” lists by Golf Digest and Golfworld Magazine. The lists were voted on by readers, and took into account rankings in several categories including quality, accessibility and value, etc. Las Vegas golf course Bali Hai Golf Club was ranked as the number 6 golf course in the public category while Shadow Creek was ranked 11th in the resort category. Other Las Vegas-area golf courses and resorts earning recognition were TPC Las Vegas, Bear’s Best, Royal Links Golf Club, Desert Pines Golf Club, Lake Las Vegas Resort, Wolf Creek Golf Club, and Southern Highlands Golf Club.

Ryder Cup Heroes to Lead PGA Tour Team at Wendy’s 3-Tour Challenge
Stewart Cink and Kenny Perry, two members of the victorious U.S. Ryder Cup team, are scheduled to represent the PGA Tour team in the upcoming Wendy’s 3-Tour Challenge at Las Vegas golf course Rio Secco Golf Club. Other Las Vegas golf courses to be used for pro-am events are Cascata and Bear’s Best Las Vegas. The Cup heroes will be joined by U.S. Open hero Rocco Mediate in the Las Vegas golf tournament that pits the PGA Tour against the LPGA Tour and the Champions Tour.
