ROANOKE, TEXAS (Nov. 5, 2008) – Long drive stars Jamie Sadlowski and Art Sellinger will perform Pinnacle power exhibitions at the World Golf Hall of Fame in San Augustine, Florida on November 9-10.
Sadlowski and Sellinger will entertain sponsors and special guests for the World Golf Hall of Fame induction ceremony on November 10. Class of 2008 inductees include Bob Charles, Pete Dye, Carol Semple Thompson, Denny Shute, Herbert Warren Wind and Craig Wood.
Sadlowski, the 20-year-old Canadian phenom, recently claimed the 2008 RE/MAX World Long Drive Championship title in Mesquite, Nevada with a record-setting drive of 418 yards. Sellinger, twice a winner of the U.S. National Long Drive Championship, is a member of the Long Drivers of America (LDA) Hall of Fame.
Sadlowski will be signing autographs at the PGA Tour Shop in the World Golf Village on November 9.
Roanoke-based LDA is the organizing and administrative body for the sport of long drive. LDA conducts the annual RE/MAX World Long Drive Championship, the premier event in power golf, as well as the annual Exceptional Driver Championship.
