LDA Promotes Ambriz, Wiley

ROANOKE, TEXAS (Nov. 6, 2008) — Long Drivers of America (LDA) announced today that Michael Ambriz has been promoted to executive vice president and Steve Wiley to vice president of sales and marketing.

The promotions, announced by LDA owner and chief executive officer Art Sellinger, are effective immediately.

Ambriz, who joined LDA in 1999, most recently served as vice president of operations. Wiley, who joined LDA in 2003, has been director of marketing services and client relations.

Roanoke-based LDA is the organizing and administrative body for the sport of long drive. LDA conducts the annual RE/MAX World Long Drive Championship, the premier event in power golf, as well as the annual Exceptional Driver Championship for amateur golfers.
