Complimentary Greens Fees on Highly-Ranked Golf Course Included
(COPPEROPOLIS, Calif.) – Saddle Creek Resort – the gated, 900-acre Castle & Cooke community located in the scenic foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains – today announces the release of its 2009 Corporate Retreat Packages, including complimentary golf on its award-winning, Carter Morrish-designed golf course.
The packages, ranging from $245 to $435 per person (based on double occupancy), showcase the resort’s luxurious course-side bungalows, highly-decorated, championship caliber golf course and the chef-driven cuisine and new, expanded wine cellar of the Copper Grille. One and two night packages are available to meet the varying needs and budgets of meeting and event planners.
The packages include:
Day One – Wine and cheese reception in the Fireplace Foyer of the Lodge at Saddle Creek Resort, “Arrival Rally” meeting, wine dinner at the Copper Grille and accommodations in the course-side bungalows.
Day Two – Breakfast in the Fireplace Foyer, morning meetings in the spacious Gold or Lakeside conference rooms, themed-break with coffee, cookies and homemade pastries, “getaway” lunch at the Copper Grille (ninth or 10th hole patio optional), and complimentary afternoon golf. Optional activities such as horseback riding, massage treatments and hiking are available.
Night Two/Day Three (two night package) – Dinner is an Italian “pasta stations” dinner at the Copper Grille, designed to foster casual interaction between participants. Breakfast in the Fireplace Foyer, morning meetings, themed-break, getaway lunch, and departure.
“The location of and access to Saddle Creek Resort is ideal for corporate retreats and small to mid-size meetings,” says General Manager Bill Troyanoski. “We are two hours from the Bay Area, San Jose, and Silicon Valley, and just 1.5 hours from Sacramento and 40 minutes fromStockton. The resort is far enough away to provide a sense of departure from these metro areas, yet close enough to reach via car in less than a half day.”
Saddle Creek Resort’s comprehensive approach is anchored by what Troyanoski refers to as the “four keys” to hosting a successful, memorable retreat: effective, comfortable meeting space, great local and regional wine offerings, world class golf and upscale accommodations.
Guests enjoy a totally self-contained, convenient environment in which they can walk to meetings, golf, lodging, hiking trails, meals and more. Golf cars are also available for use as transportation between the bungalows and The Lodge, which houses the resort’s meeting rooms and the Copper Grille.
Losing or leaking participants – a common problem at meeting sites near urban area or other attractions – is not an issue at Saddle Creek Resort due to its remote location and all-inclusive environment.
Packages are exclusive of taxes, gratuities, and other charges unless otherwise noted, are available effective December 1, 2008 through March 14, 2009, and cannot be combined with any other offer. Advance reservations required. For more information about Saddle Creek Resort’s meeting facilities or to make reservations, call 800-611-7722 or visit www.saddlecreek.com.
