(Hershey, Pa.) – For dedicated golfers who want to make the most of the “off season,” Hershey Golf Collection introduces new Winter Coaching Programs – five months of instruction, analysis and fitness that are now available at Spring Creek Golf Course.
Under the guidance of Andrew Dawes, Hershey’s director of instruction, the ongoing programs run for 18 weeks, with each student selecting an intensity level that fits his or her individual needs. Each of the three programs includes video lessons, one or two practice sessions per week, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) golf fitness and strength training assessment, online skills analysis, and equipment testing.
Costs for the Winter Coaching Programs range based on immersion level:
* One video lesson every week and two practice sessions per wee k: $2,500
* One video lesson every other week and two practice sessions per week: $1,810
* One video lesson every fourth week and one practice session per week: $1,360
Each aspect of the Winter Coaching Programs is offered individually and can be customized. Optional supervised gym workout sessions also can be arranged as an add-on to any package so participants can maximize their workout goals.
Dawes is a certified instructor for both the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and TOMI (The Optimal Motion Instructor) personal putting system. A member of the British PGA, Dawes has appeared in Golf Digest and on The Golf Channel. This former director of instruction for Golf Digest Schools also was named one of the “Top 20 Instructors Under Age 40” by Golf Digest.
