(CHANDLER, Ariz.) – ProLink Solutions – a wholly-owned subsidiary of ProLink Holdings Corp. (OTC BB: PLKH.OB) and the world’s leading provider of Global Positioning Satellite (“GPS”) golf course management systems and digital out-of-home on-course advertising – today announces it has partnered with Raydant International to install the ProLink system at upscale golf courses and resorts throughout Southeast Asia and Australasia.

Founded in 1978 and based in Bangkok, Thailand, Raydant International is a leading provider of aircraft maintenance and equipment for military and commercial aviation companies throughout the country. Raydant also installed natural disaster warning systems in parts of Thailand and recently entered the Information Technology field through a partnership with CAT Telecom.

Under the agreement, Raydant will install and service ProLink’s industry-leading GPS system at golf courses and resorts in countries including Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, the Philippines, Burma, Brunei, Australia and New Zealand. Raydant and ProLink will partner on the advertising platform on ProLink-installed courses throughout the continent.

Raydant’s area of representation features well over 3,000 golf courses, with Australia boasting more than 1,700, New Zealand 336 and Malaysia 275 courses and counting.

Golf has become a major pastime and tourist draw across Southeast Asia, with Thailand rising among the ranks of the game’s premier destinations. Thailand boasts more than 200 courses, many designed by such luminaries as Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Nick Faldo and Greg Norman, and is noted for its affordability and hospitality. Southeast Asia’s tropical climate, diverse terrain and world-class scenery contribute to its growing status as a golf mecca.

“We are excited to partner with the global GPS leader, ProLink Solutions, to bring its system to Southeast Asia and Australasia,” says Ray Sarai, Managing Director of Raydant International. “ProLink has earned a worldwide reputation for superior technology and customer support. While golfers will be thrilled by the system’s guidance and graphic features, ProLink’s revenue-driving functions will make it a necessity for courses and resorts. We anticipate facilities in these territories embracing and adopting the system in rapid fashion.”

Says Lawrence D. Bain, CEO of ProLink Solutions: “Raydant International’s technical expertise, business acumen and commitment to service position the company as an ideal partner for ProLink in Southeast Asia and Australasia. The region’s existing course base and projected growth point toward a very bright future for golf. We’re excited to join Raydant in opening this important market to ProLink GPS and the many benefits our system delivers.”

Golfers have long flocked to Australia and New Zealand, home to some of the world’s most celebrated courses, players and locales. The countries boast a wealth of classic and modern courses utilizing their abundant and varied natural features, with millions of residents and visitors enjoying the game.

Courses in Southeast Asia and Australasia engaging with ProLink will benefit from the system’s many game-enhancing features, such as pinpoint yardages, accurate hole depictions and helpful pro tips, as well as ProLink’s innovative management functions. The system helps speed pace of play while promoting increased food-and-beverage and merchandise revenue. In fact, courses installing ProLink GPS realize an average return on investment of more than 200 percent.

A host of acclaimed international courses currently utilize ProLink GPS, including past Ryder Cup sites the K Club (Ireland), Valderrama (Spain) and 2002 Presidents Cup venue Fancourt Hotel and Country Club Estate (South Africa), as well as world-class clubs throughout Europe, South America and the Middle East.

ProLink is now featured at more than 700 golf properties on five continents. More than 550 of these courses are equipped with media-ready systems to support on-screen advertisements worldwide. Domestically, the ProLink Network reaches more than 13 million golfers annually. Through its ProFit program, ProLink is responsible for on-screen ad sales and courses share these revenues.
