CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI – Dalhousie Golf Club was recently honored by Golfweek Magazine as one of the Top 100 Residential Courses in their 2009 ranking. Dalhousie debuted on this prestigious ranking at #51, ahead of notables such as Isleworth (#52), Desert Highlands (#79) and Lake Nona (#90). The ranking is compiled from ballots of Golfweek raters that rank a number of course attributes including integrity of design, routing, overall land plan, variety, memorability, conditioning and Golfweek’s unique “walk in the park” test (rating courses on the “the sense of place as worth of spending four hours on it”).

The top three spots in the ranking were held by Wade Hampton Club in Cashiers, North Carolina, Castle Pines Golf Club in Castle Rock, Colorado and Mayacama Golf Club in Santa Rosa, California, respectively.
