KZG’s Master ClubFitter Certification Program is a symposium for top clubfitting professionals who aspire to practice their craft at the highest level. It is offered once a month, nine months out of the year. Over the course of a very intensive three days, students are immersed in the latest clubfitting techniques, while exchanging ideas with their professional peers. Topics include club design, frequency matching, shaft alignment, selling techniques, unifying the fitting process, video analysis, launch monitors and fitting software. Comprehensive seminars on customer relations and marketing/branding are also a part of the curriculum. Enrollment is limited to maximize student-teacher interaction to promote class cohesiveness.
Each session provides graduates not only with a wealth of skills and information but also with a new set of colleagues. PGA Professionals can earn points toward accreditation by completing the course. The Master ClubFitter Certification Program is part of KZG’s effort to advance the practice of true comprehensive custom fitting for golfers worldwide. Participation in the three-day Certification Program is open to those who already have experience as a clubfitter and/or those who are currently working in a legitimate golf retail facility.
