January 15, 2009 (Oakbrook Terrace, IL) Excel Golf Products, Inc. is proud to announce that Zero Friction and Tocare?U are the official tee and grip of the Golf Galaxy Golf Tour for 2009.
The tour, which spans over 38 states with 63 local markets is open to all golfers (men, women, and juniors welcome) who card 95 or less in a typical round. The 18 hole tournaments are held on weekends and are played in two-person teams with best-ball and scramble formats available. Other tour features include no membership fees and 50% of the field winning prize money in the form of Golf Galaxy gift cards.
