THOUSAND PALMS, CA – (January 19, 2009) Fuzzy did it again. He used his FZ1 PowerBilt® Citation clubs to defend his Wendy’s Champions Skins Game title over the weekend in Kaanapali, Hawaii.

Along with partner Ben Crenshaw, Fuzzy won 13 skins worth a record $530,000.

“It was a lot of fun,” Zoeller said afterward. “We had six Hall of Famers in the event and, somebody said, the field had won a combined 43 majors. I’ve been honored to be part of this event and thrilled to do so well.”

Fuzzy has played well since re-joining the PowerBilt team two years ago and designing his own line of clubs, PowerBilt FZ1’s which he plays on tour.

“I have loved the PowerBilt FZ1 irons since the first time I hit them, and not because I helped design them,” Zoeller laughed. “They set up beautifully at address and they have a sweet feel that will excite any golfer.”

Fuzzy is playing a PowerBilt driver as well. He’ll be at the 2009 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando next week to help promote the new PowerBilt Air Force One nitrogen-charged drivers, fairway woods and hybrids. A 30-minute infomercial on PowerBilt’s new Air Force Ones, featuring Fuzzy and Roger Twibell, started airing on The Golf Channel and other media outlets over the weekend.

In Orlando Fuzzy will take part in a news conference for Air Force Ones at 10:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, January 29th in Room 312c at the Orange County Convention Center. He’ll also spend time in the PowerBilt booth, #1753 on the PGA Merchandise Show floor.

Fuzzy and PowerBilt have a long relationship. He also played with PowerBilt when he won the 1979 Masters and 1984 US Open.
