The 2002 Greg Norman Reserve Shiraz is a rich, deep, red colour, indicating great power and intensity. The fruit for this wine was sourced from vineyards in Padthaway, Wrattonbully and the legendary Coonawarra region in South Australia.
The 2005 Arnold Palmer Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was handpicked from a vineyard on the west side of the Napa Valley. Dark chocolate, anise, and black cherry scents appear on the nose. This Cabernet Sauvignon has amazing intensity on the entry, with a tannic, broad structure.
The 2004 Ernie Els Stellenbosch has a bright, dark ruby color. The bouquet is a combination of red current, cassis and plum fruits supported by violets, black olives and hints of vanilla and spice. This wine is made in a full robust style and has excellent ageing potential.
