Interactive Test Objectively Measures Benefits of Tour-Proven SRT-3 Technology

(LARKSPUR, California) – Clarus Transphase Scientific, Inc. announces it will premier the Q-Link Challenge – a brief, interactive, neurocognitive test that provides unique analysis of how Q-Link SRT-3 bracelets and pendants enhance mental and physical performance – during the 2009 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, FL.

Conducted by MedSource LLC an independent, third-party testing team, the Q-Link Challenge will be offered for free at the Clarus booth, #3064. Objectively measuring neurocognitive brain functions in the areas of attention, motor speed accuracy, global performance and reaction time, this fun test is perhaps the fastest and easiest way to track the impact of Sympathetic Resonance Technology (SRT-3) on quality of life, overall health and on-course performance.

Additionally, computerized “FACTS” grip strength testing with direct comparison to normative populations and consistency will be conducted. Grip strength is an integral component of golf biomechanics and in particular for ensuring performance consistence and reproducibility of each swing. Conducted and recorded on laptop computers, the Q-Link Challenge assessments at the PGA Show only take a couple minutes to perform.

“Q-Link products with SRT-3 have long been a coveted accessory for Tour players worldwide,” says Richard Gray, President and CEO of Clarus. “The Challenge provides a unique opportunity for PGA Show attendees to quickly and easily see the difference this technology can have upon key aspects of their lives. It’s important to note the independent nature of this testing, which certifiably measures performance results in a manner that cannot be manipulated.”

“Our technologies for cognitive flexibility, strength, range of motion and cardiovascular endurance have been used hospitals and health facilities worldwide and high profile sports environments,” says Ray Gagne of MedSourceLLC. “We are excited and proud to provide a functional assessment component to the Q-Link product line. Q-Link – a leader in innovation – is the first company in the market to objectively document performance in this manner.”

Q-Link bracelets and pendants for men and women have been proven through rigorous independent scientific testing to help golfers – and athletes in virtually every sport – improve performance via increased focus, stamina and awareness. Worn by more than 350 Tour players worldwide, including several major championship winners, these products help restore natural balance to players of all ages and abilities, facilitating the peak mental and physical performance needed to improve scoring.

Q-Link products are the necessary and often coveted accessory of many top PGA, LPGA and Champions Tour players, who openly credit the winning edge SRT-3 gives them in competition.

In addition to promoting faster recovery from bad shots, reducing first tee jitters and even the yips, Q-Link products are known to promote better overall sleep and alleviate symptoms of jet lag common among today’s international Tour players, business and leisure travelers. They are also shown to decrease the negative effects from popular electronics, such as mobile phones and computers.
