LAKE MARY, FL – Motivational speaker Bruce Boguski knows a little something about conquering the impossible challenge. And on Monday, May 18 at the 19th ING Spring Conference, attendees will learn from him how to apply new skills to survive in challenging times.
Boguski will deliver the keynote speech “Achieving the Impossible” at French Lick Resort for the May 17-21 conference. He will also conduct a seminar geared toward business and golf competitions entitled “The Zone-Peak Performance Under Pressure.”
Anyone in the golf industry or media is invited to attend the conference, conducted by the non-profit International Network of Golf. Industry executives from companies large and small, and from every segment of the industry, will join golf media of all types at this annual gathering.
At age 18, Boguski was partially paralyzed in an automobile accident. After doctors warned that he might never walk again, he left the hospital six months later under his own power. After a two-year struggle to regain full use of his body, Boguski went on to become a two-time state champion in racquetball and played for a state championship softball team.
Today, being able to talk from personal experience, he speaks to groups of all types on how attitude makes the difference in whatever we do. He is an internationally known presenter on motivational tactics and mental toughness training for business and sports, using high energy, interactive techniques to inspire and delight his audiences. Drawing from the personal experience of breaking his neck and being told he would never walk again, Bruce passionately delivers a dynamic presentation about the four crucial action steps that must be taken to achieve any goal or dream in his keynote address.
In “The ‘ZONE – Peak Performance Under Pressure,” you’ll discover what it takes to access the peak performance state where everything seems to go your way. Learn how to “find the zone” and perform in a peak manner even under tremendous pressure.
Boguski’s presentations are the first of several educational, motivational and business-improvement sessions planned for the ING Spring Conference. The lineup includes:
1)The ever-popular One-On-One Appointment Show, a series of private meetings between exhibitors and media to open lines of communication, create unique promotional programs, gather story materials and build relationships.
2)The State Of The Industry Breakfast. Workers from different segments of the golf industry will lead discussions on the current state of the golf business, with the hope of creating solutions to lead individuals and companies back into a positive direction.
3)The Demo Lab will feature companies large and small displaying their latest equipment and training gear on the practice range and green.
4)The International Pairs World Qualifier. A two-player team that wins this 18-hole net points competition at the brand new Pete Dye Course at French Lick will represent ING and the USA in the International Pairs World Finals at Carnoustie in Scotland, an expenses-paid trip.
5)The ING Fashion Show. ING members will take to the runway as models, sporting the latest and greatest fashions from some of the industry’s top apparel companies.
6)Education and self-improvement programs galore, from the new social media, to marketing, to use of the PR. There is something for everyone.
Another terrific reason to attend this conference is the host site itself. French Lick just completed a $500 million renovation, and is launching a highly anticipated Pete Dye-designed course around the conference. The resort also boasts a refurbished Donald Ross course and a nine-hole resort course, two world-class hotels, spa services, a casino and several outstanding restaurants.
