New VooDoo® user out drives field average by more than 35 yards

POWAY, Calif. – Tour players seeking more accuracy, stability and increased distance are having their clubs refitted with Aldila’s VooDoo® shaft featuring S-core Technology™. The VooDoo is one of the primary reasons “The Hottest Shafts in Golf” continue to reign as the #1 woods and hybrids shaft manufacturer of choice on Tour, according to the Darrel Survey. This week at the Transition Championship in Palm Harbor, Fla., marked the fifth consecutive week that Aldila was the woods and hybrids shaft of choice.

“What sets the VooDoo apart from the competition is its patent pending S-core Technology™ (stabilized core) designed to maximize distance and provide outstanding accuracy,” said Stewart Bahl, Aldila’s Marketing Manager. “The real ‘magic’ is the high modulus carbon stabilization rib running the length of the shaft. The innovative rib structure keeps the shaft more concentric, preventing shaft ovaling, deformation and wasted energy during the golf swing. The VooDoo simply helps generate consistently straight and long shots – with feel competitor shafts can’t match.”

One of the latest Tour players to experience the “magical touch” of the VooDoo found himself atop the driving distance leader board this week out driving the field average by more than 35 yards.

Aldila is not only on the forefront in shaft technology but they are reaching the masses electronically now. Facebook users can now keep up to date on the latest news and blogs by visiting Aldila Golf Inc.

Aldila isn’t just a golf company; it’s a materials-science think tank that’s constantly researching the potential of physical and chemical compounds. They discover them first so you don’t have to wait until tomorrow to improve your game.
