Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute announced today its website www.mitchellgolfschool.com has been updated to better reflect its popular training schools. The site features easier navigation and more detailed information about its three industry leading schools for club repair performance upgrades and fitting.
Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute offers 3-day Club Repair Technician, 2-day Club Performance Fitting and 3-day Shaft Performance Technology with True Temper Gold Certification Schools. All schools are conducted at the Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute facility in Dayton, Ohio featuring a-state-of-the-art club repair lab furnished with Mitchell® Golf’s professional grade club repair performance upgrade equipment, a classroom, a specialized performance-fitting center with a multiple station hitting bay outfitted with Zelocity PureLaunch radar launch monitors and a putter fitting studio that provides the perfect learning experience.
Ed Mitchell, President of Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute states, “Golf industry professionals must know and understand the performance specifications of golf clubs and the sum of their components if they want golfers to improve and enjoy the game more. We no longer live in a world of just selling the latest & hottest name brand equipment. Golfers want club repair performance upgrades just like tour professionals receive every week on tour. Our schools teach the skills, methods and knowledge needed for determining performance specifications of golf clubs and how to retrofit them for better performance.”
Paul Bessler, Director of Instruction at Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute is a 32-year member of The PGA of America. He states, “Every industry professional, especially my fellow PGA members should return to the roots of our profession. Combining club performance and golf instruction is the only way golfers will improve to their maximum ability. That should be the goal of all professionals. Game improvement is a result of both swing skill and equipment performance.”
