Designed to reduce costs, increase revenues and be environmentally friendly for resorts, developers and municipalities, this series integrates synthetic turf into a variety of sports amenities such as:
Golf
Regulation amenities 3, 6, 9, and 12 hole loop golf courses with par 3s, 4s and 5s with SofTrak synthetic greens and tees and replica holes.
A driving range, with SofTrak synthetic turf greens and tees, designed to allow operators to close it allowing children and other beginners to play it as a series short holes and learn the game.

The Resort / Development Series is designed to provide both day and nighttime operation for improved return on investment and the synthetic turf and surfacing amenities promote dramatically reduced maintenance costs. In contrast to the traditional 18-hole golf course, this series uses significantly reduced acreage while providing a unique golf experience with multiple sets of tees for each hole for the entire spectrum of players.
The rendering pictured on the Harmony Links Golf website (www.harmonylinksgolf.com), shows a 50-acre site providing an interesting and exciting six-hole regulation layout. The course can be played as a 3, 6, 9 or 12 hole loop. Harmony Links Golf can deliver the rendered amenity in about 6 weeks from design & engineering through grassing, landscaping and grow-in to opening day, the cost to build the golf-related amenities is $1.8 Million including building and lining the picture lake. The cost for the other referenced sports amenities is an additional $300,000.
