CHAMP is the Official Soft Golf Spike of the Duramed FUTURES Tour and players get the same superior traction and winning edge as the majority of all LPGA players. Players in 2009 will be able to wear the most popular spike CHAMP has produced. The CHAMP Scorpion STINGER™ comes equipped with the innovative and patented visible wear indicator. In addition, Duramed FUTURES players can wear the Lady STINGER™, which incorporates softer TPU materials for added comfort and traction, as well as the industries only hybrid spike the PRO STINGER™ half-metal, half-plastic spike, available in 6 or 8 mm lengths.
CHAMP has spikes to fit any shoe brand in the world. CHAMP sponsors an in season bonus-bucks contest known as “Last CHAMP Standing”. The Last CHAMP Standing is a match-play competition open only to players who have worn CHAMP spikes during official tournaments. Eligible players earn performance-based qualifying points in designated Tour events and are seeded in a bracket contest. At the final event in Albany, N.Y. CHAMP Spikes will award the winner a prize of $2,500, while the runner-up will collect $500.
